Microneedling: Collagen Induction Therapy

Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure performed by a licensed practitioner. The TOMA Micro+Pen uses thin needles, typically 12 micro tips, to create microchannels in the skin.

The "wounds" created help stimulate the skin's own healing process by producing more collagen and elastin.

Cellular turnover is enhanced and the end result is firmer, smoother, more even skin tone. As well as the reduction of scars, pore size, fine lines and wrinkles, and stretch marks.

The open channels or "wounds" allow for an increase of up to 2000% of products placed on the skin. Which is why it is very important to use clean, non toxic skin care products. TOMA is all natural, organic skin care. During the session TOMA products are used and sent home with the client to use as part of their aftercare protocol.

Sessions are recommended to be done in a series of three, with 4-6 weeks between each session. More mature skin may need 4-8 sessions of microneedling.

Each session also includes LED light therapy post treatment.
